Good To Know

Like most monumental /historic houses in Amsterdam we have steep narrow stairs. There is no elevator.
Try not to bring super sized Suitcases, but 2 smaller ones. we are not always able to help you with your luggage.
The B&B is not suitable to those physically challenged.
Children above 8 years are welcome.
Our pets Billy & Boody live on our private floor and they have no access to the guest rooms.
All our rooms are non smoking.
There is no 24 hour reception.
Check in is by appointment from 2:00 pm till 10:00 pm.
The maximum number of guests is 2 persons per room.
Only registered guest are allowed in the house.
The booking becomes non refundable and your card will be charged, 2 weeks before arrival.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to arrival & NO SHOW – 100% of total amount due.

We strongly recommend to get a personal travel insurance that will provide adequate cover during your stay and will also compensate you if you need to cancel or cannot meet your obligations regarding your booked accommodations.

Be Prepared

The Anne Frank house is one of the busiest museum in Holland, if you are planning to visit it, we strongly advise you to buy your tickets at least 8 weeks in advance.
